This is Day 2 of my 3 Day Detox plan after Christmas.
After Christmas and new Year we all enjoyed great food and lots of sweets.

So I decided to try a 3 day power detox – new year health plan to get back on my healthy track.
It is a alcaline and vegan cure.
During this treatment you should only drink water and tea.
To enhance the cleaning effect I don’t drink or eat any alcohol, caffeine or animal products.
I drink a lot of water.
Go for a walk on the fresh air for a minimum of 1 hour and do exercises for my lymphatic system.
Like a dry brush massage or warm and cold showers.

First of all buy all of these ingredients for the 3 day course for 2 people.
So here are my recipes of my New Year Health Plan Day 2.

Morning: Superlicious Blueberry-Smoothie for 2 <3
This red mix is full of anitoxidants and helps in the fight against free radicals.
For 2 portions – 20 minutes – 465 kcal/portion, 9g P, 9g F, 80g C.
Defrost 400 g of frozen blueberries.
Wash 50 g of fresh blueberries and 50 g of fresh raspberries.
Cut 2 small figs and 12 physalis into half peel 2 kiwis and cut it into slices.
Then you peel ½ of a papaya, deseed it and cut it into small pieces as well.
Put 6 tbsp of cacao-granola in a big glass (around 700 ml).
(I didn’t find a healthy one, so I made a simple one out of cacao powder, cinnamon, oats, almonds, pumkin seeds and popped quinoa and just mixed that. You can also add some honey and coconut oil to the mixture and bake it in the oven until it’s crunchy – granola)
Add the half of the fresh fruits on the granola.
Then puree the defrosted 400g of blueberries with 2 small bananas and pour it into the glass.
Finally decorate with the rest of the fresh fruits and serve.
Hmmmm sooooo, sooo delicious!!!!!
Like a dessert.
Now our lunch for our New Year Health Plan is….
Lunch: A fresh Detoxsalad with tomatoes for 2
The red, natural colouring Lycopene strengthens your blood vessels.
For 2 portions – 10 minutes – 160kcal/portion – 5g P, 11g F, 9g C.
First wash 4 tbsp of sprouts, 2 hands of baby spinach and 2 hands of arugula and drain it.
Wash and cut 2 tomatoes and 2 sticks of celery.
Add 1 bed of cress.
For the dressing mix 4 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the salad with the dressing and enjoy the cleansing 🙂

Now here comes our delicious soup for dinner!!!!
Dinner: Fruity Carrot-Orange-Soup for 2
This soup makes you feel good and is really satisfying.
For 2 portions – 30 minutes – 380kcal/portion – 11g P, 11g F, 56g C.
Peel and cut 500 g carrots, 400 g potatoes and 1 big onion into small pieces.
Heat a pot and add 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
Sauté the onion and then after add the carrots and the potatoes for a short while.
Extinguish with 800 ml of vegetable stock and let it cook for 20 minutes in a closed pot.
In the mean time wash and drain 4 tbsp of sprouts.
Then purée the soup with the juice of 2 oranges (150 ml) finely.
Season with cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Add the sprouts and serve proudly ;).

So guys that my second day of my New Year Detox plan.
Also the second was great I was dreaming a bit of chocolate but I also think that these recipes are very, very tasty and make it easier for you.
In the evening we also snacked on some walnuts which felt very good =).
You will be satisfied but also feel very light of course. =)
